C& C Fabrications are a dynamic steel fabrication and powder coating company based in Castleford, West Yorkshire offering a wide range of services for both UK and international clients. They use state of the art technology and fabrication to manufacture and install a wide range of products to accommodate both simple and complex requirements in the B2B industry.

The Brief
Mobius was asked to provide lead generation for the business and carry out on-going telesales activity to win new business in January 2009. In addition, they wanted to improve their corporate image and to research new industry sectors to target their services as part of a marketing development strategy.

The Response
Mobius immediately worked on a new brand and image for the business which extended to a corporate website and literature to show case their expertise. A contact management system was devised to segment the industry sectors to target. Weekly telemarketing is undertaken on-site to new and existing markets half a day a week which allows cold and warm calls to be carried out. To date approximately fourteen new clients have been won and both C&C and Mobius are working together in a market penetration and marketing development strategy.
