The Client
Kpasa is a Spanish, Italian and Mexican restaurant in
Sheffield which has recently had a £500,000 branding
investment to make it one of the stylish and modern restaurants
to dine in the City.

The Brief
Mobius was asked in September 2008 to project manage the
investment over a three month period, to ensure that all
elements of the project ran smoothly and to co-ordinate
the marketing activity, for a successful launch in December
2008.
The Response
Mobius successfully planned and co-ordinated the project
with the design and management team. A programme was created
and covered interior design, agreeing corporate colours,
sourcing furniture, tables, crockery, cutlery and staff
uniforms. A corporate logo, website, food and drink menus,
booking forms, external signage and stationery were produced
in line with the new brand. Mobius planned the launch
evening, which included invitation design, distribution
and collation, organising the entertainment, guest co-ordination
and photography, in addition to managing the PR and media
coverage prior and post launch.
